We accept returns of un-used and un-opened items in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns must be un-opened and un-used. We do not provide  return shipping labels or cover return shipping costs. All Fluzzle Tube models undergo a 24 hour air test and 3rd party QC inspection prior to shipping to customers.

If you believe your Fluzzle Tube has a manufacturer defect, meaning your product was defective upon receipt and the first inflation, please fill-out a manufacturer defect form below to request a replacement product. Once submitted, our Fluzzle Team will contact you with any additional questions along with resolution for your claim.
