What is the weight limit for Fluzzle Tubes?
Fluzzle Tubes are 5 feet in diameter so they are large and very comfortable. We recommend a maximum weight of 220lbs.
What are the dimensions of a Fluzzle Tube?
All Fluzzle Tubes are 5' wide, center 19"-21" wide (depending on model) 2 drink holders 3" wide and deep.
How do Fluzzle Tubes connect?
Deflate, clean, air dry, fold and store them in a cool dry place or grab a Fluzzle Breathable carrying bag.
Are all the Fluzzle Tube model’s compatible?
Yes, the Fluzzle Tube OG', Lounger, River Pro series and Fluzzle Tube Coolers can all interlock and are compatible.
How many beverages does the New Cooler hold?
The New Cooler can hold 24 cans of your favorite refreshing beverage.
How durable are these?
We recommend the following:

How long does standard shipping take?
Our free Standard Shipping is delivered in 5-10 business days
Do you have expedited shipping?
Yes. We have express and 2 day shipping.
Express: 3 business days
2 Day: 2 business days
Expedited Orders received by 12pm Arizona Time Monday-Friday will be processed the same day.
Please allow 1-2 days processing after placing your order.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes! We now ship to Canada and the US.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of un-used and un-opened items in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns must be un-opened and un-used.
We do not provide return shipping labels or cover return shipping costs. All Fluzzle Tube models undergo a 24 hour air test and 3rd party QC inspection prior to shipping to customers.
If you believe your Fluzzle Tube has a manufacturer defect, meaning your product was defective upon receipt and the first inflation, please fill-out a manufacturer defect form HERE to request a replacement product. Once submitted, our Fluzzle Team will contact you with any additional questions along with resolution for your claim.
